Club House Rental Information

1.    Members hosting functions will be fully responsible for any damage to the club facilities or furnishing. Any damage incurred will be billed to the host member.

2.    All reservations must sign an agreement form, which is done through the pro-shop.

3.    The entire clubhouse can be reserved for a charge of $500.00 with a $200.00 refund after the facilities have been checked.

4.    Adult functions at night both private and membership must end promptly at 1:00 AM

5.    Out of county persona may be invited to any function if a guest of a club member.

6.    Parties for 18 years and under must have two or more chaperones from the membership agreement.

7.    A member may bring in-county guest to a private picnic.

8.    All garbage must be placed in the dumpster before leaving.

9.    No swimsuits or spike shoes are allowed in any part of the clubhouse.


The key can be picked up after lunch the day before your event if there is nothing scheduled the day before your event..
The key can be picked up before lunch the day before your event for decoration or other preparation for an additional $100.00. You will need to come by the
Pro Shop and pick up a application or call to schedule your event.
